Immigration is a federal process, so almost none of it happens at a local courthouse. Applications go to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), mostly online, and refugee or appeal hearings for the GTA are held at the Immigration and Refugee Board's Toronto office. That means we can handle most of your file by email and video, which helps when you're juggling work and family. Our office is on McNicoll Avenue if you'd rather meet in person.
What we help with
- Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Program applications
- Work permits, study permits, and visitor visas
- Spousal and family sponsorship
- Permanent residence and Canadian citizenship
- Responses to procedural fairness letters and refusals
Common questions
- Do I have to come to the office?
- No. Most immigration work is done online with IRCC, so we can handle your file by phone, email, and video. You're welcome at the Scarborough office if you prefer to meet in person.
- What languages can I deal with you in?
- English, Urdu, Punjabi, or Hindi.
- My application was refused. Is it too late?
- Not always. There are often options after a refusal, including a fresh application or, in some cases, an appeal or judicial review. The deadlines are short, so reach out soon.
